About this site
This site exists because of a specific, checkable error that most of this category is built on.
When Anthropic began marking Claude output on 2 August 2026, a wave of removal tools appeared within days. Almost all of them describe removing zero-width Unicode characters. Claude does not use zero-width characters — the text mark is statistical, carried by word choice itself.
So those tools clean something real and leave the watermark entirely intact, while their users believe otherwise. That gap is the reason for every page here.
What we do differently
- Every claim is sourced from Anthropic's own documentation or primary reporting, and linked.
- Each tool is labelled with the mark it actually addresses — including when the answer is none.
- Where the honest answer is that nobody knows yet, the page says that instead of guessing.
- Everything runs locally in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload leaves the page.
What we will not help with
Two things, deliberately. We do not publish material aimed at defeating academic integrity checks, and we do not help strip watermarks from other people’s copyrighted images or video.
Both would be traffic. Neither is a business worth building on a single domain.
