Anthropic has not released a public detector for the Claude text watermark. Nobody — including us — can verify whether a given passage still carries it.

Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee that any mark has been removed, weakened, or rendered undetectable. Where a method is verifiable, such as stripping C2PA metadata from a file, we say so explicitly.

This site describes how a technical system works. It is not legal advice, and it is not a compliance product.

If you are subject to disclosure obligations — under the EU AI Act, an employment contract, an academic integrity policy, a publisher agreement or anything else — those obligations are yours, and removing a watermark does not discharge them.

Use the tools on content you own or are authorised to modify.

Do not use this site to misrepresent authorship where authorship has been asked for, to defeat academic integrity requirements, or to strip rights markers from other people's work. We do not publish material designed to assist with any of those.

The tools are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. They process files in your browser and can misread unusual format variants.

Keep an original copy of anything you process. We accept no liability for data loss, file corruption, or any consequence of relying on information published here.
